Working here has been a pleasure and breath of fresh air. The company tries its best to keep everyone engaged in a fully remote environment. My direct manager is supportive and always makes time for just about anything. Easily the best manager I have ever had. The company makes you feel valued.

It is fair and includes quarterly plus annual bonuses.

The team I am on is collaborative, interactive, and a tight knit group. We work well together and have great managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO is incredibly transparent and this was lacking at all of my previous jobs. The COO is very open to ideas and values input. Overall, I am happy with the leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Using Slack to share photos of our pets, vacations, etc on top of day to day work purposes. This software has allowed us to interact in a remote work environment as if we work in an office!
