The medical/dental/vision plans have very reasonable premiums and fairly low deductibles.

Managers and team members always have each other's backs. When things are tough, we pick each other up and help out.

The autonomy and flexibility are essential to keeping a good work/life balance. I rarely if ever feel like I'm lacking what I need to perform well in my role.

A true team mindset. Just like leadership, everyone is willing to jump in and help when needed. We celebrate each other's success and pick each other when things don't work out as planned.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care. They invest in their people and make sure to give you the tools to succeed. If things aren't working, they're open to new ideas and changing the process/tools used for your role. They are constantly ready to step in and help when you need it, without micromanaging or "nitpicking".
