The leadership team is the kindest, most down to earth group. They want to be part of the team, in the trenches, working cohesively not seperately. They do not speak down to anyone regardless of rank or title.

I really appreciate the transparency Veeam provides and how they have really put employees first during these uncertain times. As an employee I have felt safe, valued and listened to and there is no price that can but put on that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They lack total transparency and concern. They are out of touch with reality and employee relations. We now know they have been being run by another company, but to be better they are going to have to move out of 1980 and into 2020 and stop treating employees like infants.

There is zero transparency with staff. They treat everyone like they are children. They know pay is unfair and do not care - and they beat everyone over the head with Metrics, which DO NOT reflect how hard a person is working. They need to get out of the 1980s and into the real world.
