The parent company, Omnicom, meddles too much and the "vision" from leadership changes monthly.
You cannot believe the commitment to its people and culture until you live it. It's a fun, fast, hardworking, and innovative environment that puts anywhere else to shame.
the company is at a stalemate and lacks funding but it continues on and i believe in the future it will improve
I have been challenged, and have come through those challenges with a much better job than what I started out with, but I still feel I have a long ways to go.
Working at Viz for 10 months is like working at any other company for 5 years. Things are moving quickly but the experience has been amazing. I've learned so much and i've met amazing and talented people. I am sure i will look back on these years as some of the most meaningful work i've done.
