we have fun and laugh! we are there for each other even though it is a virtual job. You can feel that we are concern about each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are always there for me! If I have a question concern and they do not have the answer they will research it and come back to me with an answer. They make time to make us laugh!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that my manager cares for us. She will make time if need to hear us out. She is never too busy to take a call or text even after hours. That means a lot!!! Love her (Monique Reese)
