What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very respectful and wants to do their best. You can get together to talk out problems and come to a better way forward.
The compassionate environment - as I have never really experienced that in previous jobs. I feel like a HUMAN here and not just an employee. That is major for me and my goal is to make my team/agents feel that as well! They all matter and life is hard as is....let's make it a little easier!
