Overall has been positive, enjoy team work with and would recommend to someone looking for 100% remote. Work/life balance is great especially for those who have children. Drawbacks are communication, growth opportunity, wage increase and micro-managing.

Work very well as a group with the tools and communication given.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Immediate leadership team tries their best to communicate things when they have them but they are at the mercy of those that are above communicating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being told that merit raises or cost of living raises are not required to be given, even though they are standard in any other company makes feel like as long as their is a body here nothing else matters.
