I love this company. The only things I would change is considering more perks for Customer Service, because we hold the company together yet we don't often get rewarded as much as the others. Social team could use more direction, and raises for the various jobs taken on.
What makes you most happy at work?
My amazing co-workers, as well as getting to do more creative and graphic tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all feel like a big family, for the most part. This feel like a big team and like we all matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate market-rate pay for everything I do. There are resources that we need to do part of our jobs, like product photography, and Canva company memberships. I currently am doing more jobs that I was hired, I think a raise is due.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team, but all so self-sufficient. We want the company to succeed & we naturally all seem to have very strong work ethics. Left on our own, I think we do some of our best work, and think ahead to how we can bring in more money & positive cx experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they all seem to work very hard themselves, and lead by example. They aren't just barking out orders like some Execs do. Their work ethics make me want to work hard for th e company myself. I love that they try to show their teams how appreciated we are as well, that goes a long way!
