I have been here 18 years and feel I am underpaid and unchallenged. I have worked with some really difficult people who the company refuse to fire because of their race. This company is behind the times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't the leadership team knows what they are doing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I came from a temporary agency so the interview process was quick and painless.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have the best medical benefits. I stay at this crappy job just for the medical.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can't say. I would probably be fired if I told you what I really do all day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be helpful if they could show up on time and not leave early. Also they withhold important information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my immediate department we are treated like children. I have heard from other departments that they are treated like adults and their manager is family friendly.
