Love working here. The people are great and very appreciative of work I do. They acknowledge everything. The poor thing is I am at the high end of Admin job and I am leaving ONLY because I have been offerened over $13K more a year. Very sad about that because I love it here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers and leadership (Directors and Senior Directors) all great. All other people in my same position did not hesitate to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was the lowest paid and hourly with no OT but I did the job of others higher paid. Even those with less seniority. I was very seasoned in my position
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough staff to take care of the patients. Patients are expected to make calls to referrals and some cannot remember to do that therefore they are forgotten and it's a safety issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership is great. Very helpful and appreciative. No overtime and I spent at least an hour extra a day working and most days 2 hours. I also never took breaks except for restroom. I would eat at desk and work. I had to to get all my work done. It's important to me to help everyone as much
