Inclusivity and willingness to help other team members in need!
Coworkers and leadership (Directors and Senior Directors) all great. All other people in my same position did not hesitate to help.
Making the patients smile or greeting others in other departments.
The culture is one of innovation and learning. Nothing is ever status quo, the organization is always striving to provide the best and safest care for our patients.
