What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The supervisor doesn't care about me during my probation. She keeps a cold emotionless face and curbed me aside from in-group lunch gatherings. She makes me feel like an outcast while my job ironically requires me to liaise with a wide variety of departments to run multiple projects of GA.
