Best part of the compensation would be the matching 401k policy.

Everyone here is extremely knowledgable in their field and I truly feel as if I learn something new from them every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Besides the dogs, it would have to be my co-workers. It honestly is a giant family that enjoys working together and puts forth the absolute best product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an open door policy with all employees here. Whenever there is an issue or problem, I know I can call any of the leadership team and they will listen and help in every way that they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a laid back culture where a work life balance is truly in place. The flexibility to be in the office or out if need be is great. Also the dogs really help lower any stress there might be.
