What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to feedback. Team truly desires to grow in new and innovative ways , but does so without sacrificing client interaction.
They are super transparent and keep us in the loop with the company's goals, vision/mission, and how we all play a part in that.
Leadership is focused on building a great digital agency and understand that the people are what will get us there.
The management team is Transparent, accessible and passionate!
They're personable, and they really care about growing this company to be the best it can be!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our healthcare is pretty terrible. If I could change anything, it would be getting a stronger medical plan. If I was really pushing it, I'd love to see bonuses or even a company wide gift at the end of the year. But if I had to choose, it would be medical.

Candid conversations. Openness and truth about current company objectives versus long-ones. Truth about the challenges we needed to overcome.
How natural it felt the whole time.
Kat was extraordinarily communicative. She always had next steps and a strong time table. She was super responsive and never left you hanging.
