- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Our healthcare is pretty terrible. If I could change anything, it would be getting a stronger medical plan. If I was really pushing it, I'd love to see bonuses or even a company wide gift at the end of the year. But if I had to choose, it would be medical.
