For years it his been incredible. You really do feel that you are contributing to making healthcare better. In the last year however it is feeling much like any other corporation. It's all about the money. I hope that goes away and we get back to our core values.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is everything you would want. Supportive, sympathetic, and wants you to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance isn't great for anyone these days. I do appreciate the extras like Omada, Headspace, Lyra, and HomeThrive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed years back before Vizient existed. Not sure I would be hired now. They like masters degrees and up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new ways to look at healthcare data. Improving the way our members can use our data and consulting experts to achieve success for their own initiatives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are extremely helpful. We have a great team spirit. We genuinely share our Ah Hah moments so that everyone can benefit. They are among my best friends.
