What do you like best about the leadership team?
Provides a clear vision on where the company is headed.
The lower level leaders mpstly care abput thwor teams.

My immediate supervisor is everything you would want. Supportive, sympathetic, and wants you to succeed.

Speaking the truth and not telling lies to employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generpus PTO and some work from home- - for many it's the one thing keeping them there.
Insurance isn't great for anyone these days. I do appreciate the extras like Omada, Headspace, Lyra, and HomeThrive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am responsible for sales and account management for 1500 hospitals while also creating my own sales enablement tools and designing new programs to sell to members based on unmet needs while having the title of senior program manager.
I receive no credit for my contributions at work
Poor management and pay below industry benchmarks
retirement program, merit program/ revieew process not energizing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is generally supportive of one another.
Friendly, Supportive, and encouraging. They are helpful and inclusive
My coworkers are extremely helpful. We have a great team spirit. We genuinely share our Ah Hah moments so that everyone can benefit. They are among my best friends.
Most meetings are productive and help to accomplish goals

Stop back stabbing each othet
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some very smart people at times
Great manager, great colleagues, and lots of learning opportunities
inclusive and purposeful (culture connectors, employee resource groups and community outreach initiatives)
good basic education modules for some
My Manager treats me with great respect and is very knowledgeable and understanding.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be inclusive of introverts and let them have a voice
They need to listen to their employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was with people I knew.
The interviewer was friendly and encouraging and open to communication
I interviewed years back before Vizient existed. Not sure I would be hired now. They like masters degrees and up.
