There is no diversity

Pretty diverse. Lots of folks of different ethnicity, women-to-men ratio higher than other industries.

Very--except men still far outnumber women.

HR is a joke. Recruiting within the company is a farce.

Not well. Most people don't bother going to HR with issues because of the lack of response. Their internal recruiting/job board is useless.

Pretty innovative in some areas of technology and software development practices. They have a dedicated Innovation department, who do not interact with the developers at any level.

It's all about who you know and who is popular.

Not well. Favoritism abounds. It's all about who you know and whether you are in "the inner circle".

Too easily swayed by marketing in my opinion.

Be confident. Know what you are worth to them. Ask what they can offer you--type of work, pace, team environment. When I asked about a "day in the life" they were pretty vague.

Really, one of the more relaxed interviews I have been in. I felt powerful until the job offer came in lower than HR had told me was the lower end of their range.

The in-house one was about 1.5 hrs (half hour sessions). I was not offered water or a bathroom break.

Fairly relaxed (both them and me).

Phone interview with HR/Recruiter. Series of 3 levels of interviews in one day (HR, management, team members), 1 or 2 people plus you. Responded within a day. They lowballed me with an offer and we negotiated. Turns out the next guy asked for a lot more and stuck to his guns. He was brought on at a lower level making 13K more than me.

Slightly dressed up over business casual. Suits make you look a little desperate. Shirt and tie for guys is a nice touch, women could wear blouse with or without jacket, but suits seem to be too much.

Pretty much M-F 9 - 6 except when they want you to do nights and weekends. Not everybody gets to do that. Flex time is not really encouraged, they like to see butts in the seats.

Can't remember, except the manager-to-be asked about a specific technique in SQL about querying and didn't really like my answer.

Some SQL questions. That was about all.

In Software Development, M and F only. Seems counterintuitive to me, (aren't those the days most people call in sick anyway?) and you are not supposed to schedule things like doctor's appointments on your WFH days.

Drug test and background check, oh, yes.

I saw an intern once. She didn't care to do the work I gave her so...

If you want a somewhat secure job and can ignore annoying management tendencies to jump on the bandwagon of every new trend, and if you don't mind having managers who can't manage, this might be a good fit for you. Their mission is excellent, and they talk a good game about work-life balance, until they need you to verify deployments at night, or you find yourself on a week's worth of being the first-tier support after hours, or they want you to test on weekends.
