I would say it’s is a very structured learning environment if you apply yours

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

High level management--Start investing in the low level people that make your business run. Find a moral compass. Mid-Management--Start speaking up when things are immoral, unfair, and simply confusing. Reflect on why turnover is so high.
