What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication , leading, management, delivery of training
High level management--Start investing in the low level people that make your business run. Find a moral compass. Mid-Management--Start speaking up when things are immoral, unfair, and simply confusing. Reflect on why turnover is so high.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Highest paid in the industry

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees get no consideration for what they do and are treated poorly. If pay was increased dramatically employees would jump through fire for you. Pay us pennies and consequences are inevitable. This has been happening well before Covid. No excuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, trustworthy and hardworking. The best in thr business
True hard workers that have lost their will to work Because of their hazardous working conditions and poor management.
Collaboration, communication, team work and overall knowledge
Rarely call out making team more sufficient
The just being genuine for the most part. And management that listens.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A loyalty like no other. Committed to excellance and taking care of the customer
Customer service is very good
We are treated like family.
Team work multi ethnicity backgrounds
The management approach, as well as the HR Regional manager. I can also reach out to people in other parts of the company that seem to be really glad to help.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Logistics of the operations ran more smoothly. Too many problems where the employee has to fix numerous mistakes from different departments. Incompetence is rampant.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to do it on Teams, and they actually asked questions about my resume.
Very informative well spoken team leaders
It was like a long term working interview. It gives you a very good sense of what to expect moving forward. And it’s a non stop opportunity to learn

Tell people the truth about responsibilities

The people, the customers, the drivers, the support staff
The family environment and the overall culture.
Fast pace good product customer satisfaction
The culture and friendly atmosphere.
The small team oriented environment. Being the lead or supervisor overnight, and just genuinely being able to help the team.
