What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and listening to those below them

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was straight forward enough.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Many of the employees work together well. The floor personnel make the place more tolerable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its very hard to move up. You are given additional tasks without additional compensation. Theyre very much a quantity over quality company and you are constantly rushed to hit production targets. More frequent bonuses or a higher pay ceiling would increase our morale.
