I have often told my family that I feel guilty for the pay and benefits Bash offers to there employees because the compensation is truly way above the normal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its very hard to move up. You are given additional tasks without additional compensation. Theyre very much a quantity over quality company and you are constantly rushed to hit production targets. More frequent bonuses or a higher pay ceiling would increase our morale.
