This place is negative and toxic. Management has no respect for employees and the moment that an employee advocates for patient safety or staff safety, they are targeted, attacked, isolated, and bullied. This place is full of employees scared to even blink because we are threatened our jobs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remember where they started and be empathetic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of closed minded people and create an enviornment accepting of new and different people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better ratios for Nurses. Better pay. Better leadership who don't hand out snacks when we are short staffed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I never get a "thank you" for picking up extra. They take advantage of their workers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My old manager was fair and respectful. The new one however, does not care about anyones but their own image.
