There is really no leadership team. It is kind of aimless at times, not sure what they are doing. Not really getting the most important things done, though certain things get done like patient satisfaction score, which is extremely important for them

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Remember where they started and be empathetic.

Make a strong team. Not by throwing RNs to learn an entire new job without proper teaching. Lack of compassion. We have a part time RN pushed to learn PACU, she is a 24yrs in intraop circulator. Never in PACU. RN's spouse is fighting for there life going through chemo & is given undue stress to lea
