Make a strong team. Not by throwing RNs to learn an entire new job without proper teaching. Lack of compassion. We have a part time RN pushed to learn PACU, she is a 24yrs in intraop circulator. I feel undervalued because I never get a "thank you" for picking up extra. They take advantage of their workers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

True transparency and living of "values."

Better ratios for Nurses. Better pay. Better leadership who don't hand out snacks when we are short staffed.

They need to be more accepting of new people
