I enjoy working here and wish that there was less drama and gossip. It's hard to get work done and move the team foward when you cannot trust everyone on your team.

I like that they are always looking for ways to improve.

Compared to other companies, the 401k matching percentage could be a lot better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The organization of meetings and consistency. The clear transparency about conpany wide goals and core values are strong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The talent and education that everyone brings foward. Its exciting to be able to collaborate to get projects done efficiently while learning from my peers simultaneously.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and enjoy that I can use my education and past experience to its fullest. I am happy about the selection of team members that are new and are excited and don't have an ego. I'm happy that the future does look brighter.
