most team members are unmotivated, burned out or uncreative, there is so much workload that everyone just wants to move to the next thing, making quality of work and productivity overall poor.

An upgraded form of technology. The computers are old, the excel spreadsheets need to move to a software used company wide. (Odoo for example) The folders need to be digital for production. Lets start investing in the quality of devices and communication.
