I've never been happier in a job than I have at Wistia. I love what I do, i love that I have room for professional growth but im not stressed out if i dont reach those goals. I really appreciate the culture here at Wistia on a professional level.

collaboration. this is a true 'team' in every sense of the word.

I believe im paid very fairly and have a lot of room for growth

Tough to decide between fully covered health insurance, unlimited PTO, fully remote work and profit sharing

very collaborative and everyone is always quick to jump in and help when you need it

getting to learn and continue working on a product that a lot of people genuinely care about

everyone is friendly and eager to help. Its a very warm company and the people here are a joy to be around

They care about you as people. A lot of companies try and convince you they care, while the people at Wistia show you they care.
