So far (6 months) working at Wistia has been nothing short of fantastic. The people, the product, the job, the office (@ cold brew on tap), are all top notch!!

They are always very transparent; I really feel like I know where the company is headed and why!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all energetic and do-ers! We all take ownership and go above and beyond to make sure our customers (and team) are succeeding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The events hosted by Wistia are always really fun. It's a great way for us to connect with people that aren't on our team in a fun way!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'd say the fact that we don't pay for healthcare unless we go to the doctor is really the BEST. Additionally the commuter benefit where we don't have to spend our own money to commute in to the office!
What makes you most happy at work?
I really love that our customers (generally) are happy with Wistia. It makes my job (on the Customer Success team) that much easier when the majority of customers are excited to learn more about the platform and overall have positive feedback!
