They genuinely care about helping us all succeed. They are also open to feedback from anyone about how we can improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Doing what I love for what I was getting paid for at a job I didn't love. I would love to continue that trajectory and finally get access to the stock options
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard and puts in effort when they can to ensure we all are successful. Messages and tasks aren't ignored. The people that work for Wistia are genuinely good human beings and it shows.
