It's been one of the most supportive and healthiest places I've been able to work at in my career. It feels especially unique in the tech space. I love my manager and my co-workers and feel challenged by my work. The only thing I'm not sure of is how to advance.

It feels inclusive and supportive without bringing the toxic "work family" vibe into the mix and trying to get people to be overly involved/connected with each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are able to balance having a clear goal and drive with also honoring the people who are behind the work and time it takes to make that work happen
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are incredibly smart and creative people who are also kind and highly collaborative. It doesn't feel like any ego involved - they really seem committed to showing up well for each other
