What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a voice and is encouraged to speak up when they feel the need and it doesn't have to be a money producing idea. It can be anything, for example the snack selection in the Office
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay, 20 days Vacation/PTO/Flex upon start, and an extensive benefit package that grows every year I've been with the company. Many benefits are not offered at other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All levels of employees are encouraged to message their Senior Leadership team about ideas they would like to present. Additionally, for matters that are sensitive or uncomfortable, there is a 100% open door policy to vent any grievances and/or issues. These are reiterated to everyone, every month.
