I hared workong here. My manager at that time was a dictator. Made it impossible for me to take care of my health, micromanaged everything I did, and was a nightmare to work with.

I think they need more growth.

Better salary, better work life balance
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest. During the interview, they said flexible hours. Obvious lie.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Does nothing to encourage growth. Wanted us to stay stagnant in that team forever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I left. Best compensation i could ever ask for. Thankful for being at a company that treated me so horribly so that now I know what it's like to be treated well.
