I absolutely loved being a part of YEAA. Its i by far the best program a collge student can do to help them grow not just as a professional but also as a person. I definitely would not be where I am in my career today without it. I also would not have the life long friends i have now with YEAA.

Making sure my customers and workers are happy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The open communication along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You get out what you put in. If you work your butt off and follow the goals and roadmap that you create you can for sure make very decent money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The friendships and support. My poor exec probably recieved 5+ calls from me a day but was happy to answer the phone everytime and we are still very good frinds to this day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of companies say it is a work hard play hard culture and this one truly is. There are so many fun events where you get to meet people from all over the country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You recieve constanr support throughout the entire process. Everyone in the company but especially leadership wants to push you to be the best you can. It can be as hands on or hands off as you like but the people who take full advantage of the exec team definitely get the most benefit out of it.
