I have greatly enjoyed working at the company so far! I have made so many new friends, connections, and memories! I adore coming into the office everyday and seeing my wonderful coworkers, it truly feels like a family here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely helpful, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Everyone on the leadership team has a work hard, play hard mindset and it makes working much more enjoyable!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The CEO always plans fun events, we had a Triathlon, boat outing, and numerous team dinners over the past few months. These events has allowed everyone to grow closer and be more motivated to work!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers everyday makes me extremely happy. I especially enjoy when the owners come in and they ask us about our days, what we've been up to, or if we need help with anything. Everyone is so thoughtful and caring here and seeing them everyday makes me very happy!
What are some of the best things about your team?
In the office, we get to work closely with the owners, allowing us to have a close relationship, making us feel comfortable and very welcome in our work environment. We have great team meetings once a month that allow us to share personal thoughts and feelings that bring us closer together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is proud of the YEAA and Student Painters business. The culture is very work hard, play hard and everyone is motivated and on track to be successful. Everyone I have met within the company is extremely kind, patient and helpful. It has been great working with so many wonderful individuals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interview is focused on your personal future goals, and the mindset you should have when working here. They put a big emphasis on the culture of YEAA, and what it truly means to work here. The interview process was extremely positive and made me more confident in my skills.
