I am constantly slammed with work from 8am 'til 7 or 8 pm. I am expected to also be on call 24/7.

Unfortunate poor and inconsistent quality.

This is an environment where you work nights and weekends, and get a raise once every 3 years, if you are lucky. Not even cost of living when you spend more time working than with your family.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The company lacks the creative talent to put out great work. Good people don't stay long as the senior staff treats its employees so poorly. The pay is under market---you are not really supposed to take vacation---management talks to you like you are a child. They lose clients all the time.
