Honesty, integrity, transparency. None of that
Pay better but more importantly appreciate the work and time they give.
Understanding that in order to teach the classes coming behind them, that the sr. executive creatives work shouldn't be the only work shown. You need to focus on diversity. Diversity is barely represented in those who work at the lower levels, and almost non existent in the executive team.
Increase pay, treat all employees equal, be open to new ideas, don't run the company like a sweatshop.
Everyone is so worried about themselves that no one is there to teach, help you grow, or let you succeed. It's either figure it out on your own or you are let go.

I am paid fairly but many more are not. You are looked down upon if you actually use your vacation time.
Knowing what the national average was for my position. Then knowing what the local average was for my position. Then knowing what other creatives were paid at my level who worked less than I did, and who's creativity was not as strong, consistent or forth coming.
For management to match or surpass the median salary for the area. Someone in South FL with 5+ years in their field can't live off 40,000K a year.
They severely underpay people and make you work crazy hours because they won't hire more people to help.
I have a team that works really hard but others I feel don't have the quality that they need but the compensation keeps them from getting them.
The tenacity of the creatives Sr. AD and below
People are smart, honest, and look out for our best interest.
We have meetings upon meetings upon meetings. A lot of time, people are too busy working to even pay attention during the meetings.
There is nothing positive about the culture.
More appreciation for all employees. Transparency. It's depressing when employees leave in waves.
People need to slow down and not be so quick to say "yes" to our clients about everything. Timelines to be created and people need to worry about more than just themselves.
