Mr. David Gerbitz has been Executive Officer at Pandora Media, Inc. since January 2016. Mr. Gerbitz has been an Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations at Pandora Media, Inc. since July 07, 2014. In this newly created role, Mr. Gerbitz is responsible for the successful implementation of Pandora's advertising products. He lead Pandora's Revenue Operations team, which includes Sales Operations, Pricing & Yield Management and Advertising Operations. He joined Pandora after successful stints with several major technology leaders, including Microsoft and Amazon and was Vice President of Global Mid-Market and Small Medium Business Sales at Yahoo. Mr. Gerbitz is an expert at managing complex and fast-growing sales operations at scale and his addition further deepen Pandora's strong expertise and experience in this area. Mr. Gerbitz is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Mr. Christopher W. Phillips, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Product Officer of Pandora Media, Inc. since October 28, 2014. Mr. Phillips joined Pandora from Amazon.com where he was Director of Product Management and User Experience for Amazon Digital Music. In this role, he was responsible for the product strategy, roadmap and delivery of customer experiences across mobile, tablet, web, desktop, automotive and home platforms. Most recently, Mr. Philips led the launch of Amazon Prime Music. Prior to Amazon, he led the Apple QuickBooks business at Intuit as Director, Apple QuickBooks Product Management, Marketing and User Experience. Also at Intuit, Mr. Phillips led product and design for the Intuit Global Business Division. Phillips has also held roles at Workspeed and Accenture.

Mr. Naveen Chopra has been Chief Financial Officer of Pandora Media, Inc. since February 28, 2017. Mr. Chopra served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Pandora Media, Inc. since June 27, 2017 until September 18, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at TiVo Inc. since December 20, 2012 and as its Interim Chief Executive Officer since January 30, 2016. He served as Vice President of TiVo Inc. He joined TiVo in 2003 as Director of Business Development and has over ten years of experience in the consumer-media-technology industry. He served as a Director of Product Marketing & Business Development at Moxi Digital where he built the company's first partnerships with cable and satellite operators and negotiated the sale of Moxi to Paul Allen's Digeo. Mr. Chopra worked for Microsoft where he helped develop the world's first integrated DVR product with EchoStar and eventually Microsoft's UltimateTV product line. Mr. Chopra worked as Director of Business development for Ofoto and helped launch a startup company called Mirra which was later acquired by Seagate. He began his career at Hewlett Packard where he held a number of roles in engineering, product marketing and business development. He has been a Director of Vonage Holdings Corporation since July 24, 2014. A graduate of Stanford, Mr. Chopra received Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Economics and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. John Trimble has been the Chief Revenue Officer of Pandora Media, Inc. since March 2009. Mr. Trimble served as an Executive Vice President of Brash Com & Men's Channel Brand Sales at Glam Media, Inc. He served as Head of Brand Advertising Sales Team, Entertainment at Glam Media, Inc. since September 2008, Executive Vice President of New Business Sales since October 19, 2007 and also served as its General Manager of New Markets Brand Sales. Mr. Trimble served as Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales at Fox Interactive Media. At Fox, he oversaw all brand advertising sales for MySpace, IGN, Fox Sports, American Idol and Scout. He was also instrumental in helping News Corporation develop its digital marketing roadmap. He served as the Vice President of Advertising/Vice President, Ad Sales for Fox Interactive Sports and FoxSports.com. There, he developed the ad sales strategy and positioned the media property as a premier platform for brand engagement by integrating online and broadcast campaigns. Prior to his long tenure at Fox Interactive, Mr. Trimble served as Director of Sales for Sports Illustrated website SI.com where he was charged with developing and implementing their interactive ad sales strategy. He served as Vice President of Sales for the men's vertical ad network Phase2Media since 1999. There, he was responsible for selling the International Olympic Committee's first commercial website globally around the Sydney 2000 games, as well as developing the men's vertical ad categories, tapping popular titles like Maxim.com and the Hachette Filipacchi properties. He ran campaigns for the Olympics and other sports organizations while working at several sports marketing firms including ISL Marketing. He has been a Director of Interactive Advertising Bureau, Inc. since February 2013. Mr. Trimble holds a BA degree in Political Science from St. Lawrence University.

Mr. Brian Mikalis has been Senior Vice President of Monetization and Mid-Market Sales at Pandora Media, Inc. since March 2012 and served as its Vice President of performance sales since February 2009. Prior to joining Pandora, Mr. Mikalis served as The Director of business development at AdReady, a Seattle based advertising technology company focused on making online display advertising accessible and effective for advertisers of all sizes. Before AdReady, Mr. Mikalis led sales teams for AOL in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. While serving as Director of sales and business development, he created AOL's first performance program for direct response advertisers, managing partnerships with some of the largest online advertisers. Mr. Mikalis has a wealth of experience and knowledge of performance advertising programs to his new position as well as a number of valuable relationships among the biggest online advertisers. Prior to AOL, Mr. Mikalis served positions in sales and trading at Robertson Stephens and Montgomery Asset Management. He holds a BA degree in business economics with an accounting emphasis from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.

Ms. Lizzie Widhelm serves as Senior Vice President of Ad Product Sales and Strategy at Pandora Media, Inc. and served as its Vice President of National Advertising Sales, Entertainment since February 4, 2010. Ms. Widhelm oversees Pandora's West Coast ad sales team and will continue that oversight in her new capacity. She joined Pandora in March 2006 as director of west coast sales and opened Pandora's first field sales office in Los Angeles. She has successfully signed some of Pandora's largest advertisers, including Visa, Nike, Honda, H-P and ABC. Prior to working at Pandora, she spent several years working with startups including Broadband Enterprises, a video network, and game companies iWin, Uproar and Flipside before and subsequent to their sale to Vivendi Universal.

Mr. Steven Kritzman has been Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales at Pandora Media, Inc. since August 2011. Mr. Kritzman has been at Pandora since 2009 as the Director of Sales for the New York and mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Pandora, he spent more than 10 years at Clear Channel, where he held several leadership positions. His last role at Clear Channel was Director of Sales for five New York radio stations (Z100, WKTU, WLTW, WWPR, WAXQ) and was responsible for over $200 million dollars in top line revenue.

Mr. Christopher Douglas Martin, also known as Chris, has been Executive Officer since January 2016. Mr. Douglas has been Chief Technology Officer of Pandora Media, Inc. since March 18, 2014. Mr. Martin joined Pandora in 2004 and has been Vice President of Engineering, responsible for software development, quality assurance, customer support, device development, device certification and production support. Mr. Martin served in various engineering capacities at multiple enterprise software companies, including Quintus, Kenamea and QRS/Inovis.

Mr. Alan Schanzer has been Senior Vice President of Agency and Advertiser Development at Pandora Media, Inc. since January 13, 2015. Mr. Schanzer has nearly 20 years of experience in the media industry, having delivered strategic leadership, vision, and insight to some of the most prominent brands worldwide. Mr. Schanzer oversaw the Undertone Networks' media efforts, which include managing and developing publisher programs while working closely with the management team on developing strategic initiatives that help ensure its continued growth and success. Mr. Schanzer is a Managing Partner of TDE/Outrider. He Founded Mediaedge:CIA, LLC and served as its Managing Partner. He was Managing Partner of Mediaedge:cia, S.L. He founded The Digital Edge in 1999 as an independent business unit of Mediaedge:CIA, LLC. He delivers strategic leadership, vision and insight to The Digital Edge. He is responsible for overseeing all activity related to The Digital Edge and associated companies. He is a 17 year media veteran leading client strategy for both traditional and digital media formats. Mr. Schanzer has been involved in running accounts such as Burger King and AT&T. He served as the Chief Client Officer of Undertone Networks, Inc. and served as its Chief Strategy Officer since October 2008. Mr. Schanzer served as Managing Partner of MEC Interaction, North America, which he founded in 1998. He was responsible for overseeing all activity related to MEC Interaction and associated companies in North America. He serves as a Member of Advsiory Board of Pictela, Inc. Mr. Schanzer served as a Member of Advisory Board of AudienceScience, Inc., MSN, Advertsing.com, the IAB and the OPA. He served as a Director of Visible Technologies, Inc. He was named an Advertising Age 2003 Media Maven and one of MediaPost's Magazine Online Advertising's 50 Most Influential. Mr. Schanzer is a graduate of Syracuse University.
