Mr. Chopra worked for Microsoft where he helped develop the world's first integrated DVR product with EchoStar and eventually Microsoft's UltimateTV product line. Mr. Chopra worked as Director of Business development for Ofoto and helped launch a startup company called Mirra which was later acquired by Seagate. He began his career at Hewlett Packard where he held a number of roles in engineering, product marketing and business development. He has been a Director of Vonage Holdings Corporation since July 24, 2014. A graduate of Stanford, Mr. Chopra received Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Economics and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Trimble served as an Executive Vice President of Brash Com & Men's Channel Brand Sales at Glam Media, Inc. He served as Head of Brand Advertising Sales Team, Entertainment at Glam Media, Inc. since September 2008, Executive Vice President of New Business Sales since October 19, 2007 and also served as its General Manager of New Markets Brand Sales. Mr. Trimble served as Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales at Fox Interactive Media. At Fox, he oversaw all brand advertising sales for MySpace, IGN, Fox Sports, American Idol and Scout. He was also instrumental in helping News Corporation develop its digital marketing roadmap. He served as the Vice President of Advertising/Vice President, Ad Sales for Fox Interactive Sports and FoxSports.com. There, he developed the ad sales strategy and positioned the media property as a premier platform for brand engagement by integrating online and broadcast campaigns. Prior to his long tenure at Fox Interactive, Mr. Trimble served as Director of Sales for Sports Illustrated website SI.com where he was charged with developing and implementing their interactive ad sales strategy. He served as Vice President of Sales for the men's vertical ad network Phase2Media since 1999. There, he was responsible for selling the International Olympic Committee's first commercial website globally around the Sydney 2000 games, as well as developing the men's vertical ad categories, tapping popular titles like Maxim.com and the Hachette Filipacchi properties. He ran campaigns for the Olympics and other sports organizations while working at several sports marketing firms including ISL Marketing. He has been a Director of Interactive Advertising Bureau, Inc. since February 2013. Mr. Trimble holds a BA degree in Political Science from St. Lawrence University.
