My manager doesnt micromanage me and is a good guy (marketing). The other leaders are friendly and easy to work with. I dont know of any particlar toxic leaders here.

Executives are indifferent to employee needs. The CEO has zero security experience.

Everything. Incompetence is rewarded at this place.

None of the leadership team seems to know what to do. They keep saying how great everything is while people quit left and right.

Most people here are friendly. However there is almost nobody who has been at the company for more than a year.

Everybody is friendly to me.

There are particuler rockstar employees in all departments. However, if you're one of them, you may get annoyed by some of the apathetic/burned out employees. There are a few attitude issues.

The people are the best part of the company. Most are helpful and smart.

As long as you link up with the helpful employees, and are one yourself, you should get along here. With them you get a collaborative environment. But not everyone is helpful, some the opposite.

There are some good people in the dev and SOC teams.

Fire the CEO and all the executives. Bring in some people who actually care about employees and know security.

Different leadership, implement culture of caring about employees.

Senior management pits employees against each other when someone leaves. It becomes a toxic workplace very quickly.

Some of the upper management needs to leave. Get some new leaders who know what theyre doing

We don't make you interview excessively. You shouldn't spend more than 2 days interviewing (and not all day both days)

There is no concern for employees.

Every customer is unhappy with what they were sold.

Constant attrition in multiple departments make it difficult to build and sale the promised product.

Customers complain all the time. Nobody knows what to do and everybody blames somebody else.
