What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager doesnt micromanage me and is a good guy (marketing). The other leaders are friendly and easy to work with. I dont know of any particlar toxic leaders here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executives are indifferent to employee needs. The CEO has zero security experience.
Everything. Incompetence is rewarded at this place.
None of the leadership team seems to know what to do. They keep saying how great everything is while people quit left and right.
Integrity, honesty, accountability, and trustworthiness
Retaining sales, on-boarding, developers, FedRAMP experts, etc.
Maybe provide some real direction rather than grand promises and promoting awards you paid for.
Stop lying about everything. Sales team is a complete joke. They lie about everything.
