The ELT recognizes the benefit of providing employees with non-financial benefits. The additional time off, the job flexibility, and the trust it has in its employees to "get the job done" really helps manifest a culture of cooperation and appreciation.

The ELT's decision to trust its employees and allow for hybrid work structures. Understanding that productivity is not necessarily measured by "bums in seats" but by outcomes. Adapting Teams and other connectivity tools to bring this diverse and global workforce together.

Criterion is not part of the main focus of Anuvu. As an unintended consequence, our division can often get left out and/or is verbally unrecognized for its contributions. I 100% understand this not intentional but rather a by-product of the company's overall growth initiatives.
