Leadership is always in a hurry, and they usually do not have time for employees. Decisions are usually rushed and not thought through. Slow down and take the time to listen to your employees' feedback.

The leadership team needs to communicate more. What are our long term plans and strategic goals? Where do we want to be when we grow up. Right now it feels like we are going in 50 different directions with no clear plan.

There's no plan that allows consistent prioritization decisions and Sr. Leadership never says no - they always say "do more with less", but sometimes, it's just not possible. No vision = no priorities = overworked team
