Great job of securing private investment from "Bluechip" funds and navigating the turmoil of Covid. Communication and transparency were both excellent. Cadence of "All-Hands" meetings has slowed considerably over the last 12 months but still feel like I understand the direction of the company

MEDICAL BENEFIT IS ABSOLUTELY UNDERPAID, NUMBER OF ANNUAL LEAVE IS TOO LESS. MONTHLY SALARY SHOULD INCREASE AS WE WORK OVERTIME TO COVER DIFFERNET COWORKER'S TIMEZONE DIFFERENCE THUS THE HOURLY RATE IS LOW IN THAT INSTANCE

More recently there have been slight uplifts in pay (cost of living etc) however "long term" employees are still well behind what can be considered a fair market rate

Despite some heavy restructuring through Covid etc, there is still a large contingent of employees that don't appear to be pulling for the team. At best they can be unhelpful, at worst passive aggressive particularly towards those who are trying to improve legacy practices and processes

I love what I do in my role. I love interacting with my boss and my colleagues. I have an extremely varied skill set that I am able to apply across teams and assist every department. I focus on keeping things together within teams even though I do not have direct reports. This drives me every day.

Too many exceptions are made for individuals unprofessional behaviour and/or there own lack of engagement. Working with these people is tiring!

Compensation related to the years we've been working in the company. Salaries are not equal comparing to collogues in the same region. In the same region or country, Company benefits for employees are different. (Ex Spain: some have food compensation and other employees don't).
