The most positive thing about our culture are our company values, which we all work and live by; Evidence based, Empathetic, and Entrepreneurial. These values are what keep us focused and goal oriented.

I think the thing that makes me most happy at work is the ability to work somewhat independently with oversight of course, which allows me to work efficiently and execute my tasks which keeps me fulfilled at work.

I think some of the best things about my team is the fact that we all get along so well. Our team and company culture allows us to succeed together and that definitely assists us in executing the tasks set before us.

The thing I like best about the leadership team is how committed they are to our personal growth within the company as well as outside of our company. They take a very serious approach on the importance of Work/Life balance and harmony which I truly appreciate.
