What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are as transparent as possible on most every issue. They know everybody and have established a personal connection with most all, which is very hard to do as essentially a remote working company.

The accountability and communication if things aren't going as planned and the excellent follow up. In this remote workplace we have, things aren't going to be perfect, but our communication can be what we can control and our leadership does that excellently.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to work from home. I did take a slight pay cut from my previous employer, but the benefit of have the option to WFH out-weights that since i know the salary will grow over time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there was an effort to be fair but the fact of the matter is that I have more relevant education and experience for my role than others which allows me to contribute more yet I am compensated the same.
