They are support you in accomplishing your goals while giving you the freedom to do your job.

The Leadership team is receptive and open to hearing from others.
They are as transparent as possible on most every issue. They know everybody and have established a personal connection with most all, which is very hard to do as essentially a remote working company.

Transparency (about objectives and tasks) we are no longer a small company information needs to be disseminated. and setting the tone at the top, also our core value say nothing about having integrity, ethics, or accountability
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a large year end bonus.
unlimited PTO, great pay, and a company that cares and adjusts as needed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitive salary would be great, at least at market level

I don't feel undervalued... the question was underpaid. My role asks that I wear many hats and I'm not paid equal as some roles are more demanding than others. Also comparatively to others in the same role.

There is a lot of subjectivity surrounding pay rates and equity grants there should be a leveling matrix for equity
I think there was an effort to be fair but the fact of the matter is that I have more relevant education and experience for my role than others which allows me to contribute more yet I am compensated the same.

Although everyone is very busy they are always willing to help and do whatever they can drive our company forward.

We've created a culture where people care about each other and it's not just people you work with.
