There is a lot of subjectivity surrounding pay rates and equity grants there should be a leveling matrix for equity
I think there was an effort to be fair but the fact of the matter is that I have more relevant education and experience for my role than others which allows me to contribute more yet I am compensated the same.

For the breadth of work i do and continue to support teams cross departmentally, I feel my compensation is lower than what it should be. I feel valued as a team member and contributor but compensation was stunted when we switched from Commission to MBO with little to no adjustments.
