What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have a large year end bonus.

unlimited PTO, great pay, and a company that cares and adjusts as needed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Competitive salary would be great, at least at market level

I don't feel undervalued... the question was underpaid. My role asks that I wear many hats and I'm not paid equal as some roles are more demanding than others. Also comparatively to others in the same role.

There is a lot of subjectivity surrounding pay rates and equity grants there should be a leveling matrix for equity

I think there was an effort to be fair but the fact of the matter is that I have more relevant education and experience for my role than others which allows me to contribute more yet I am compensated the same.

I believe many people, myself inckuded, often do not only their job functions and duties, but also the job of another person for a role we know we need to fill but have not yet. I do feel extrenely valued as an employee though.

For the breadth of work i do and continue to support teams cross departmentally, I feel my compensation is lower than what it should be. I feel valued as a team member and contributor but compensation was stunted when we switched from Commission to MBO with little to no adjustments.

I feel undervalued because I am being paid significantly less than other companies have offered me. The expansion of my scope of work also has not been reflected in my compensation.I would feel better if my compensation addressed the two points I made above.
