Very negative management style from mid-level upwards. Many mid-level managers don't have good management styles.

I have joined early in my career and slowly watched the company being transformed into corporate machine that it is today.

What can this brand most improve?

Your renewal process is ridiculous. I have been double charged at "automatic" renewal time, and I have to fight for a refund, or the price increases 50-60% from last year even though I have been a long term customer. Something inconvenient every year. I am tired of the games. Going elsewhere.

What do you value most about this brand?

The service is free and excellent
