Old school company with incompetent people

I have joined early in my career and slowly watched the company being transformed into corporate machine that it is today.

Very negative management style from mid-level upwards. Many mid-level managers don't have good management styles.

Leadership cares more about quarterly reports than about keeping their employees happy and company on any given course.

Caring about the people at the company

Innovate....don't just focus on exploiting the cash cow.

unlimited paid time off or vacation

salary reviews should be run on regular basis

The pay is average, majority of benefits went away during pandemic.

Focuses on the growth of staff in the Czech Republic and US staff are not valued.

Openness and comradery in face of "impossible to measure" (nevermind achieve) OKRs.

In general, they are glass half-empty type of employees.....they should try and develop some glass half-full attitudes in order to more positively complete tasks.

Focusing on balancing teams and tasks properly, not shifting management structure twice a year.

Diversity across all spectrums and categories.

Open discussion, friendly approach, no stressful triggers.

Cutting under-performing parts, focusing effort on delivering value to the customer.

The US based executives exploit the Czech based staff....the upper level Czech based executives allow and participate in that process since it benefits them. US staff are simply commodities.
